I was taking a photo of the adjacent business, and the owner was coming back to the shop. I cannot stress how friendly he is. We spoke for a little while, I grabbed a card, and I'll be back to look at his shop. While I'm not his targeted customer, he took about 15 minutes to get to know me personally, and invited me back. I had an outstanding experience at Fraser Valley Cresting! Their 5-star customer service and craftsmanship are truly remarkable. My husband's company has a fairly detailed logo that came out beautifully in both embroidered and in press. To top it all off, when I picked up my merchandise, Lyall (the lovely owner) provided a fascinating tour of the facility. It was amazing to see the intricate process involved in creating each print.
