I was present with patient during his surgery, and I was shocked by how casually the surgical team treated the procedure. The doctor and assistant were chatting about personal topics throughout the operation, which made both of us extremely uncomfortable. Surgery is serious and deserves full focus—this behavior felt unprofessional and disrespectful to the patient.
Every staff member did their jobs well, all very efficient, polite, professional and friendly.
Dr J King’s outstanding communication skills and the speed with which he resolved a problem no other doctor could in five years. His care left me feeling relieved and confident. Highly recommend!
They are kind and friendly
I went in for my yearly checkup and Dr. Payne actually took the time to go back into my 10 year history as I was new to him. He asked me a lot of questions which helped them in determining my progrees and future eyesight probabilities for my age. It was a good feeling to have somebody care. All the staff there was also great to deal with as well. We even joked about Dr. Payne linking up with Dr. Evil to make a movie. It was an awesome experience.
