UPDATE Nov.4, 2025 After much protracted communication, emails, discussion with Arturo (Marketing Manager) and Dr. Chu, my concerns have been addressed with promises for changes / improvements to internal communications and the need for a management position which would oversee the protocol and staff function at all 4 locations. I believe that implementation of an overseer and congruency of practices will improve customer relations and satisfaction. Dr. King is good surgeon, and I’ve referred many friends to him for LASIK, happy with my results so far.
We waited an extra hour after the appointment to see the DR.

Micheal Ho is an extremely knowledgeable refractive counselor. She took the time to explain the eye surgery process in detail, making everything very clear and easy to understand.
