Front desk staff doesn’t know how to schedule appointments. Waited over 2 hrs just to get in to even see the doctor. Apparently this is normal. I had surgery to remove a stye. A stye that was never removed. It was missed. Came back to see Dr. Karr again to only wait another 2 hrs. It’s been a year now and I’m not sure if I came to the right place.
