I had a deeply disappointing experience with the front desk staff here on a call today. I'm Indian and from the way he pronounced my name I can tell the staff is male and indian(or south asian) like man definitely had an accent,this is just to identify him idk his name. When trying to reschedule an urgent appointment (the eye clinic cancelled on their end because of an unavailable dr) due to poorly managed diabetes and a six month gap in specialist care, the receptionist was unnecessarily stubborn and uncooperative. I had cataract surgery done on both eyes and everything went very smoothly. All things were fully explained and all the staff are very friendly. I wasn't sure that I needed the surgery but after having it done it was, wow are things bright now. Glad I had it done.
The best eye doctors and very good staffs Really taken care of all my eye problems Done my surgery two years ago no problems after that. Highly recommend place to go
