The plumbing sucks, there’s a rodent infestation (according to my other friends who live in the building) they had us pay for a boiler that wasn’t replaced? They are constantly turning the water off, the pipes are constantly leaking in the garage. prices constantly go up, for what you are paying you will be able to find something a lot better. Anna and Nancy helped us handle the lease agreement and move-in arrangements, and the whole process went very smoothly. They were thoughtful, patient, and highly responsible throughout the process.
We are happy with our suite and like the location, however the building manager does not give any notice of entry for maintenance items. We waited on minor maintenance items for months. Sometimes the building manager behaves strangely and unprofessionally.
Watch out! Don't rent here or they will damage your property, refuse to pay you for it, and steal your bike if you have one. Management doesn't know what they are doing. Do not rent here.
The candle making workshop was a lot of fun, and we learned quite a bit about bees and beeswax as well. Big thanks to Nikki and Nancy for organizing, hopefully we’ll have more events like this in future! It really helps to create a sense of community amongst the residents.
