The unprofessional behaviour, lack of communication and empathy from front desk staff is mind-boggling. My telephone follow-up appointment was rescheduled without my knowledge or consent and absolutely no responsibility was taken. This is unacceptable and unprofessional from a specialist medical office. Also undermines trust to manage patient care effectively. Do better!
Dr. Kissock is great. Her reception - NOT. They don't answer phones, always seem to busy - with what? IVR nightmare rabbit hole - when you press 7 for reception, you are disconnected.
As everyone is writing, the staff are out of touch with compassion. They dont answer phone here, as they claim they do. Doctors are nice, but it starts with the front end. To add, if your doctor referrals you to here, just ask them for a different clinic.
i have never met a more confused, unorganized, and rude staff until i came here. i’ve been waiting months for forms for bloodwork and have received zero help. this has been the most frustrating thing working with fraser river endo to get ANYTHING done feels almost impossible and the reception staff are frustratingly rude. i would never suggest going here to even my worst enemy.
It disappoints me to say how disorganized and terrible their communication is. It's been days without my perscription and the doctor has not bothered to sign my release form. They tell me she has the form in hand but no time to get to it yet. I repeatedly expressed how urgent the matter is and they don't seem to care. Reception told me to ask for an emergency supply, that's not possible for testosterone! Dr. Kissock is very kind and knowledgeable- its sad to know I might have to switch doctors just because of poor service.
