I loved the doctor and all the girls all were very friendly helped me out so much to find the right glasses Will be returning in a year !!!!
My daughter bent her glasses and I couldn't fix them. Brought them in to Fraser Optical and they fixed them up, no problem and super quick! Thanks for the fast and friendly service!!
I would not recommend using Fraser Optical! I went to the Romeo location and was treated poorly. I ended up paying way to much for my glasses. When I asked for an explanation of my bill I was treated rudely! When I was given a detailed bill I could not believe the $200 lab charge that was listed for two pairs of glasses. When I was choosing my glasses the employee never told me about all of the up charges. I tried to contact the company and they never responded! Customer service is not Fraser Optical's forte!
