Excellent customer service. The eye exam went well and was quicker than what I'm used to. The Dr made me feel comfortable and kept asking me if I had any questions. Staff helped me pick out glasses. I would definitely be back!!
Dr. Miller is knowledgeable and friendly and is the reason I keep coming back to Fraser Optical! The current staff at Romeo is extremely pleasant and helpful. They price match Costco and Sams Club contact lens prices so why go all the way there when you have the convenience of hometown hospitality.
I was a Fraser Optical patient at the Shelby Twp location for several years when I lived in the area and my insurance was accepted by the company. Now, I live 60 miles from the closest Fraser Optical and my insurance has changed, so I have scheduled an appointment with a new optometrist and called the Shelby Twp office at Fraser Optical, to have them send over my old records to the new optometrist.
