All staff and especially Dr. Blackbeard were very kind and helpful
Very bad customer care. I have noticed it several times. Medical assistants are always bad tempered and not even kind to give assistance to patients. But Doctors are nurses are excellant and kind.
Aman the Medical assistant is always bad tempered. She has to be trained how to treat patients kindly. Felt like the medical assistants hate to see patients. The medical assistants should be kind and helpful like the nurses and doctors at the clinic.
Dr.krishna is amazing person..he was so polite and calm..he provides very good service..
John and Theresa were great nurses and they were very helpful. I took my mom in because she hurt her hand and everyone was super nice and friendly and took great care of her.
