Horrible service.The wait to be triaged was short but the nurse who triaged was pretty dismissive. Being told that the doctor wasn’t even there for another 90 minutes was unhelpful as well. When the walk-ins are full for the day and you don’t want to clog up the ER - if this is your last hope, you might be SOL
This place is a slap in face of healthcare.

What is the point of waking up at 8am and being one of the first people in line to wait for an hour just to be turned away and told you have to make a Tele health call. And then the telehealth is another 5 hour wait. I wanted to be seen by a doctor not just talk to a doctor on the phone. You may as well just book telehealth at 8am as soon as they open instead of wasting your time and gas driving here and waiting just to be told they won’t help you.
My experience was so good.I went there yesterday.The staff was very helpful especially the nurse Theresa and Dr. Krishna Myneni were so helpful.They were so kind and respectful. They treated me so well as their own brother.
