Receptionist very rude, speaking overtop of me as I’m asking questions.
I was immediately turned away by reception and told to expect a phone call from a nurse within 24 hours… How is this an urgent/primary care clinic if you can’t even see someone? Multiple other people in the clinic before and after me experienced the same thing. DO NOT go here if you actually need to see a nurse/doctor in person.
The two ladies at the front desk have no sense of talking and are extremely rude.
All staff and especially Dr. Blackbeard were very kind and helpful
