Waited on cell phone for OVER an hour. Still no answere
This place is a stain on humanity. There are some people working in Newton Home Health that do not even know the meaning of "care". They should be ashamed of calling themselves a "health care" place. My mother would have been dead because of their complete lack of care if we had not hired a private care provider. I feel sorry for those who cannot financially afford to pay privately and have to go through this horror of a place. Shame, shame, shame on you!
Home support for seniors is ABSOLUTELY Horrible. My grandmother is subjected to Incompetent workers and even worse management. Fraser Health please do better for our seniors. They are the most vulnerable in our community and when you hire unprofessional workers who do not care in the slightest for the well-being of seniors it reflects poorly on you. DO BETTER.
