Very disappointing experience with Fraser Ford. What should have been a straightforward service visit turned into a frustrating and time-consuming process with little transparency and poor communication. I found it difficult to get clear answers, and there was very little accountability when concerns were raised. I had the pleasure of taking my vehicles to Fraser Ford for service. When I first walked in Debbi greeted me with a big smile and welcome me to Fraser. She then told me that Alexis could help me. I explained my issue to Alexis and she took my information and told me she would call in the morning. She called me the following day to explain they found the problem and would need to bring in a tech to fix it.
