If I could give 20 stars, I would! From start to finish, my experience at Ford was absolutely amazing. Kristine, my sales lady, was so friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to — she made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. My finance guy, Mounir, was just as fantastic! He was knowledgeable, on the ball, and answered all of my questions. Together, they made buying my 2021 Ford Edge such a smooth and positive experience. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received — I highly recommend them both!

Make sure you read the reviews before going here — because everything negative people wrote turned out to be true. When I called to schedule viewing this car, no one told me it was damaged until I was already halfway there (a 130 km drive). After I agreed to buy the car, they promised me the world — saying they would fix everything until I was satisfied.
