Terrible experience. Clearly listed what needed to be done on the booking prior to bringing my car, but there was no mentioned of it not even checked when car was collected. Front desks were just chit chatting- wife had been waiting for awhile and had to pick up kids very late from day care due to slow and inefficient service.
Knowledgeable staff; parking on the road is usual, but try park same side as dealership as road can be busy to cross. Access into the yard wasn’t great, we had to step over small bushes to get in or walk up to the driveway.
Excellent service, open and clear communication. Highly recommended.
