1st time using this place ans the LAST. Rang for a part to be told by the guy that he would ring back in 10mins. We rang back nearly half hour later to be told by a lady that his on the phone did we want to leave a msg. Was told no we dont and that he was going to call us back in ten mins its been over half hour. Lady replies and says we.dont open until 830 so hubby said thata funny i have on my phone log that i called at 8am and he answered. Got told ok have a good day. 1st and last time ill use these ppl. Terrible experience. Clearly listed what needed to be done on the booking prior to bringing my car, but there was no mentioned of it not even checked when car was collected. Front desks were just chit chatting- wife had been waiting for awhile and had to pick up kids very late from day care due to slow and inefficient service.
Knowledgeable staff; parking on the road is usual, but try park same side as dealership as road can be busy to cross. Access into the yard wasn’t great, we had to step over small bushes to get in or walk up to the driveway.
Excellent service, open and clear communication. Highly recommended.
