Sonographer was very unprofessional. My doctor had made a small error with the referral. Even after it was fixed, the sonographer simply wouldn't let it go and kept bringing it up over a handful of times. It got to the point where the session was really awkward because of her constant complaining and not letting it go.
Usually always had a great experience at IMED we usually visit the Urraween location. However today, I left feeling very confused… My 3 year old had an ultrasound, the sonographer was so rude she tried her best to make us feel so small. I’m so confused at why she was so rude from the get go. Was really disappointing
I went for an x-ray on my back today..when it was time to get off the platform I was having a lot of trouble and in nerv pinching agonizing pain try to reach out for something to assist The young Chinese radiologist stood there and just watched me struggle to get up with no offer of assistance at all..She said " Take your time" never known someone in that position not too offer help to sit up..she stood there and watched me struggle 🙋
I had a great experience receptionist was polite and friendly and staff very professional.
Ladies were understanding both times
