What a friendly caring environment. From the reception staff at beginning & end & the radiographer. All friendly & happy. Couldn't ask for better service.
A shout-out to Jodie, the sonographer at I-MED Radiology. Any woman who's had a Pap smear or similar internal exam knows how daunting and terrifying the experience can be. However, Jodie's knowledge, professionalism, gentleness, and sense of humour turned it into a surprisingly pleasant one. I'm so grateful that we're lucky to have professionals like her in HB.
