I have had some pretty good but also some extremely bad experiences here so I cannot make a decision on one exact rating. There are some really good people working here but also some people that should not be working here at all let alone working with disabled people because they seem to hate disabled people and do not know or care on how to handle autistic patients which doesn't even make sense because this is mainly an autism clinic so you would think everybody would have some kind of experience with that but apparently no... read more
My social worker is awful she was speaking nonsense like goals and ask me questions for no reason like hey do you want to set cleaning as your goal as your skill she should get fired but I have to say one star for this review
I second all of the other comments. After the very first appointment, which seemed promising, I have not heard back, nor did I receive any of the emails or resources promised to be sent after the assessment. I have called and emailed with no response. I finally received a call to schedule the initial treatment plan appointment and the experience was not pleasant with the scheduler, either. I will very likely be canceling that appointment and trying (yet again) somewhere else.
I really thought my son was receiving good care, in the beginning it was great! He was growing so much.. but over the last 6 months it's like they stopped trying with him. The speech therapist put my nonverbal, Son on a break, and says sometimes it's beneficial? Then comes back from break and doesn't respond to any of my messages for the last month.
