During our family therapy, my son's therapist was texting on her cellphone and checking other tabs on her computer.
They have no desire to help you or your child so don't bother contacting, go anywhere else. Today ends a 2 year saga of trying to get my son in for an evaluation. I received a call this morning that they've changed their policy and a 1 hour parent interview is required before children are placed on the waitlist for an evaluation and that waitlist is over a year long. My experience: 6+ weeks from on-site assessment and finally the official report (stated expectation was 4-5 weeks). The clinician in the post-assessment consultation really highlighted the long term worst case scenarios which in hindsight I really don’t think was appropriate for the situation. Also the referral follow-up (Fraser recommending Fraser counseling) schedulers didn’t actually follow-up. Also just an FYI: at this point all counseling is still telemedicine.
