I have seen the system fail again, and again. Fraser has been neither here, nor there a horrible business, in my humble opinion. However, There is such a high turnover rate for staff and also, unfortunately, some of the clients! I would love to see an increase in better level of care for clientele. And the some. Been calling for 6 months, they just never call back.
This review is for CHRIS at the Minneapolis location!!! He figured out that all of my information was in the wrong name and that's why I was not receiving communications!
