I have seen the system fail again, and again. Fraser has been neither here, nor there a horrible business, in my humble opinion. However, There is such a high turnover rate for staff and also, unfortunately, some of the clients! I would love to see an increase in better level of care for clientele. And the some. I feel staff, in general consensus, have been lovely. However, I question some of the management. Also, I feel some of the staff are getting major caretaker burnout. They're here. We see them.
