I rarely leave reviews, but given the current political climate, it feels important to speak up. This is, without question, one of the worst places to bring your children, especially if you have children of color. The white staff repeatedly subjected my child to microaggressions and racially insensitive remarks, creating an environment where they clearly felt unwelcome and unsafe.

Fraser promotes itself as an inclusive organization, but my experience has been very different. I’ve witnessed staff who lack empathy, make racist remarks, and treat children poorly, including children with disabilities. This is deeply concerning and harmful. Fraser needs to take accountability and ensure that staff who mistreat children are removed, rather than protected. Families and children deserve better.

So some feedback from my call; I was on hold for over twenty minutes, even though there were no other callers ahead of me, I got transferred to two different people after waiting so long on hold for nothing!!! Then I’m told both my children would need yet another “initial zoom meeting “ even though they have done it a couple times already and I asked for a psych evaluation then too, only to find out that I’m being looped around myself, and we aren’t even on any sort of list! Don't waste your time, nerves and money!!! Because as a result your child will not be assessed, they will say that the child speaks two languages ​​and we don't assess such people - they will tell you this after the testing!!!! This is a country of emigrants, everyone here knows two or three languages, this does not prevent other centers from assessing!!! But it does prevent this company!!! Discrimination in its purest form.
