The scheduling and intake process makes this clinic very difficult to access. Appointments cannot be made more than two days in advance. Before scheduling, patients must complete 45–60 minutes of questions and screening. The process assumes parents are willing to entrust their children to the clinic before meeting any staff in person. This creates a high barrier to care and may deter families from proceeding.

I rarely leave reviews, but given the current political climate, it feels important to speak up. This is, without question, one of the worst places to bring your children, especially if you have children of color. The white staff repeatedly subjected my child to microaggressions and racially insensitive remarks, creating an environment where they clearly felt unwelcome and unsafe.

Fraser promotes itself as an inclusive organization, but my experience has been very different. I’ve witnessed staff who lack empathy, make racist remarks, and treat children poorly, including children with disabilities. This is deeply concerning and harmful. Fraser needs to take accountability and ensure that staff who mistreat children are removed, rather than protected. Families and children deserve better.
