This is an outstanding example of farm to table. The restaurant has excellent relationships with local farms and dairies. Wine selection and sommelier knowledge was exceptional.

The food was small and mostly covered with leaves and flowers. We ordered the flight of wine that pairs with each course and consistently we were struggling to drink slow enough.

I have eaten at a lot of fine restaurants, but Frasca is the best restaurant hands down I have ever experienced. My waitress even showed me the wine preparation area and the kitchen. What a thrill. Everyone there knows all about the food and wine. I am so impressed. I look forward to returning on our next trip to Boulder!

If they'd let me into the kitchen, I'd add some fruit (figs or sage poached pears) to the dessert cheese plate and make a blood-orange-sangiovese reduction for the cheesecake instead of the nutty sauce. I'd get rid of the plates as the ... read more
