Great install of new Trane furnace and air conditioner. Price was significantly below the competition. Very skilled sheet metal work and routing of drain piping by Logan and Shawn. Fitment was perfect. Don’t hesitate to use Franzen for your HVAC needs.
During the recent arctic cold blast of 13 below, I could not get my Trane furnace to get the inside temperature of our home warmer than 66 degrees. It was running nonstop for almost 2 days. I called Tony Franzen at the office and asked him if there was any way to get the furnace to produce more heat, and he said he will get a technician out same day to look at it.
