Food was great. Only issue was our ice cream came to our table mostly melted.

My husband and I went to a late lunch today at Franzel. One of the best meals I have ever had !!! Our server, Taylor was an absolute joy, the portions are huge & the sauerbraten & rouladen, incredible !! I got a piece of black forest cake that would feed 3 people & delicious !! We can’t wait to go back. We always loved Mountain Brauhaus, but it’s a 45 minute drive for us & Franzel was every bit as good, maybe better 😉
We happened to be in the area for something else and decided to stop by. Wow this is probably the best German food I've ever had. Everything was delicious, well seasoned, and extremely flavorful. Not to mention the staff was very kind. I can't wait to go back. We started with the pretzel. Did the schnitzel and the mix. Potato dumplings were also great. Everything was just so good 🇩🇪🍖
