They came out quickly and determined the kind of termite problem we had. Tenting process was easy to schedule, we felt well informed and prepared by the company. Will have to replace beddings and touch up paint on the wall afterwards. Left very noticeable marks on the wall—technician tried to deny it at first (“How do you figure THAT?”). After shown a before picture, offered to wipe the wall but to no avail. Spilled Termidor foam on comforter and bed three feet from the wall
