Martin Frantz is a liar. He told me that anytime I needed a prescription refilled I could call and he would refill them. I've tried for 2 weeks and called 7 times to have 2 prescriptions refilled. His staff tells me that they gave him the messages, but they don't know why he's not responding. Frantz is grossly incompetent and should not be allowed to practice medicine in any state.
I had gone to Dr. Martin Frantz and originally his brother Matthew for 30 some years. Every single time, without exception, I was treated effectively, both physically and with regard to my mental wellbeing. Dr. Marty was always kind, caring and competent. Because I moved out of the area, I can no longer see him, but I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good doctor, one that will treat you well and diagnose your problem every time as he did with myself and my family over the years.
If you have an unresolved medical issue one should mortgage one's home to procure his services. He really cares and I am so pleased he is looking after me. Few, if any can walk in his shadow.
I cannot recommend him. He does not listen when voicing health concerns and he would not do a full blood panel with annual exam. When asked why, he said he would only order a full blood panel if I were symptomatic. A full panel has always been part of the annual exam. His office also called to tell me that he said my medication would not be renewed unless an appointment was scheduled to see him within 30 days when I was only 1 month overdue for my physical and that was only because of Covid19.
Very non-responsive.
Dr Franz failed my husband - instead of listening to him regarding lack of mobility in his hand and shuffling in his walk. He recommended anti depression medication and sent him home. I asked for help from another doctor and he ordered a cat scan. The scan showed fluid in the brain. He had surgery the next day. Because of the urgency of his condition he has no side effects.
Knows my issues and deals with them properly.
I can’t recommend him. He is never really concerned with my health problems, and makes incorrect diagnoses. He doesn’t explain why he makes the decisions he does. Wait times are a little excessive on occasion
