Have had watches & jewelry repaired here for some years. The staff is UNFAILINGLY polite & professional. The work is done timely & they always call promptly when the item is ready. I prefer to patronize local stores rather than the big chain stores. Frantz is a great example of an outstanding local shop!

Love this place! I was looking for a plain, silver or stainless steel wedding band thin enough to fit under my engagement ring since it's odd shaped. I didn't want to spend a lot of money but wanted a nice band. They were so helpful. I went in this past Wednesday, June 9, and two of the ladies looked thru books and in their catalogs till we found exactly what I wanted.
