I have only written a few reviews in my whole life and my experience was certainly deserving of a wonderful review! The great service began from the first phone call to gather information which resulted in following up with an appointment. It was an emergency situation and they were able to get me in the very next day! Then if that wasn't above and beyond enough, they even called me back to ask me if I wanted to take an opening for an earlier appointment that day due to an opening. My daughter's first appointment was changed without my knowledge or consent. I had it scheduled for 1030 in the morning and when we got there at 1030 the receptionist Julie looked at me like I didn't belong there. Then she asked if she could help me and I told her my daughter was there for her 1030 appointment. Julie replied, "Her appointment was at 9:45" I knew that wasn't correct, but sat down and filled out the information for new patients anyway.
