Fran's Flower is awesome! I love popping by to check out the latest blooms whenever I am at Coquitlam Centre. It is conveniently located at the Food Court entrance and is close to Big Way Hot Pot. The customer service is fantastic. Owner Rhonda really takes the time to listen to her customers and it has been wonderful getting to know her. I can count on Fran's Flowers for any occasion. Highly recommend.
