Working with Frann is like having a best friend. I bought two properties and each experience was great. Frann managed every aspect of the hunting, evaluating. Reviewing from start to finish. A very professional. Dedicated.savvy broker. I highly recommend. She is very knowledgeable, detail oriented and honest. She would never mislead you or push you into a decision. Respectful and kind. We worked with Frann Bilus for the purchase of our weekend home 12 years ago. It was because of her knowledge and responsiveness then that we reached out to her again this year for the sale of our Boston condo. She gave us good advice then and now. Thanks to her knowledge and experience, we had an accepted offer immediately following our first weekend of open houses. She was efficient and helped to make the whole process easy for us. You have the ideal person in your corner with Frann as your realtor! I met Frann when she was the seller's agent for a property we bought in Boston.
