Referred by nurse on call. NO doctors. Was attended by nurse Maddie who was very understanding and gave very helpful advices. Reception staff Layla was very efficient & sweet to cheer up my little one while I was talking to nurse. Thank you to both of you. Need more doctors for urgent care clinic.

Had a poor experience here tonight. Took my dad there to try and get him help for an eye injury, only to be told the doctor has called in sick today and they couldn't treat anyone. The receptionist staff were very kind and apologetic, it wasn't their fault at all but what's the point of having 'urgent care' clinic if you only have one doctor to rely on? If that doctor isn't there, nobody can be seen at all?

Yesterday my 2-year-old busted his lip at a play centre, so we rushed to Beach St Urgent Care, only to be told there’s no GP on site and they couldn’t treat him. What’s the point of urgent care with no doctor? This is how kids’ treatment gets delayed and parents get let down. Do better or advertise yourself as something else and not urgent care!

Needed quick access to medical care today. 30 mins from walking in saw a friendly and efficient GP. Friendly staff and prompt service. Highly recommend.

Incredibly efficient! Was referred to this clinic by my regular GP’s clinic as they were fully booked out. I was seen and assessed immediately - no wait time - by first a very competent nurse then an equally competent doctor. I was on my way with the requisite prescription 15 minutes later. Highly recommended.
