My almost 2 year old daughter was bitten by a dog on the back of her head, paramedics came and directed us to this clinic. Upon arrival I was told it would be a 2.5 hour wait. My daughter’s head was actively bleeding whilst waiting. There was no sense of urgency whatsoever, ended up waiting for just over an hour. The nurse (who was nice) cleaned her wound and then the doctor came to see us, she didn’t look at the wounds once. Very poor service. Husband went to see a doctor Thursday for our kids and was told to go get a cold drink at 7/11 to cool their temperature down, wasn't even diagnosed properly, nothing! i went again today to see them again as my daughter is still having temperature and wasn't feeling any better after. Unfortunately before 6pm we arrived, doors locked. Called the number outside and no one answered, I ring again this time the light's were off and someone answered the call and said No Doctor was there thats why they are closed... read more
Easy to find with clear signage directing one to the relevant building. Large, clean, and spacious interior with plenty of seating. Hand sanitiser and surgical masks readily available by the door and at the triage desk also.
