I was waiting a few months for this appointment to only be cancelled on the day because the doctor who was supposed to see me got sick. Fair enough, I don[t have a problem with that. The problem is that they now put me on another huge waiting. Solution was to be seen by someone else in the next few days after hrs, before hrs or be given a $20 coffee voucher or something.
Found an empathetic, knowledgeable and all round excellent specialist in Dr Gupta. Thank you to the excellent team also.
Many times I accompanied my mother to the Clarendon St Surgery (she had Gold Card Veterans Affairs). My mother was a patient of Dr Taverner for many years and he gave her what she needed each time for her to stay out of extreme pain and have a good quality of life. I was very grateful for Dr Murray Taverner's attention to my mother's pain needs. He was always very compassionate and personable with her.
