Waited over three weeks to be contacted about an appointment on a referral - ended up contacting them myself to which I was told I would be contacted within 30 days - still haven’t been contacted. Receptionists on the phone were rude and dismissive

My husband has been a patient of Mr Butler for 15 years. He is a knowledgeable and caring Dr who has supported our family’s journey through some extremely challenging times. Could not recommend highly enough.
Do not see Dr John as he waste time just to get paid as he has done nothing over 2 appointments. He is rude and does not care for his patience.
Such a waste of money, paid $423 to be told that all of my symptoms are caused by migraines, even though the symptoms started way before I ever had a migraine. 15 min consultation where the Dr spent 3/4 of that dismissing my symptoms and mansplaning how migraines work. Didn’t order any further tests, told me to ‘keep doing what I’m doing’ even though it’s clearly not working.
