I saw Dr Alana a week ago and cannot thank her enough for her patience. Whilst trying to figure out my health issue coupled with anxiety Dr Alana was so patient and kind and understanding, she spent time doing thorough testing and I think I have now got answers I have been searching for. Thank you Dr Alana.
Absolutely wonderful Neurology outpatients service. From the receptionist Toni to my Neurologist Dr Alana Eastaugh I was treated with the upmost respect and care. Very understanding and lovely bedside manner that did not feel rushed or left any questions unanswered. Highly reccomend to any patient needing these services.
Absolutely would not recommend. The treatment I received was beyond appalling — it was degrading, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional. I was spoken to like a child, repeatedly talked over, and denied the basic courtesy of being heard. I was then told to “discipline” my child for not sleeping, an ignorant, inappropriate, and offensive remark that has no place in any professional setting which was not the only comments made. As far as specialists go this place is fantastic! I spoke to Toni (hope I spelt that right) and she was absolutely amazing, super friendly and explained everything really well. The doctor I saw for the test was equally amazing, I felt relaxed going in, knowing what to expect with the test and how much it would cost. I highly recommend this place, definitely 10/10 Keep up the great work!
Terrible service. Awful and rude neurologist. Won’t go there again.
