I had my N95 fit test appointment scheduled from 9:15–9:45am. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I arrived 10 minutes late. Before the appointment, I had received a voicemail from Peter — before 9am — asking me to come in early, as he was running ahead of schedule. Despite this, Peter greeted me with a condescending and dismissive attitude. Not enough staff or beds. I still had pneumonia which did not clear after taking steroids and antibiotics and I waited in the waiting room at triage for 11.5 hours before deciding to just leave because I felt worse. I could not rest or sleep because I was waiting on the seats and did not get a bed. It was torture. The elderly didn’t even get beds and had to wait on the seats. Do not go here

Not enough staff to man beds, my wife came in with pneumonia after a CT and referral from GP..11.5hrs in waiting room at triage, no beds apparently, more like no doctors…making everyone just sit on horrible chairs..pure torture..staff shouldnt give you a timeframe, and if they do double it and a bit… Only way to get a bed and prompt attention at a hospital is if you come in the back on an ambulance these days..if you are lucky enough for the ambo to arrive in time..
