I just want to share an amazing experience I had today. I’m from southern cal, here with my family in Lake Havasu for the weekend. Had bearing and brake issues with my trailer and was fortunate to barely launch my boat. Took it to Frank after being recommended by a Fritz at Shadow Trailer who was book solid. Frank opened his shop after being closed to help myself and another individual who was also having issues. How do I begin to express how grateful I am to have found Frank’s Trailer Repair?! Frank and Anna are truly a CLASS ACT, and more helpful and kind than any words in a review can convey. Frank is super knowledgeable and helpful. Diagnosed my problem over the phone with pictures. Trailer was built wonky. Was able to get me in next day with a reasonable fix. All was said and done in less than an hour and we were out on the water!
Anna and Frank were amazing today! We brought in our old trailer making crazy noises. Diagnosed immediately, fixed within a few hours and now we r headed to launch! That is service we rarely see today! Huge thanks
