Frank just completely shattered my expectations. He returned my call promptly, showed up the same day, knocked my stumps out with a quickness, charged a VERY nice price, and all while having a positive/friendly/professional attitude. I hope the rest of Tahoe businesses take a leaf out of this guy's book. Thanks Frank!
