RecommendedWe began calling Frank's a few years ago based on the recommendation of friends and colleagues. Francis has done plumbing repairs as well as fixed heating and cooling issues. This time our AC was not pushing any cool air. Frank's showed up today and added freon to the cooling system and presto, cool air. Francis has always been fantastic due to his professionalism, expertise, quality work. I highly recommend Frank's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling.
Frank's could improve by learning how to work with home warranty companies. They have steadfastly REFUSED to work with mine and keep billing me for things that the warranty covers. Three out of four claims are still open after nearly six month because they won't pick up the phone and make a simple call. They do OK work, but if you have a homeowner's warranty they are not worth the hassle.
