My wife and I moved to Morgan Hill less than a year ago and called Frank's Plumbing to replace an upstairs bathroom faucet. It was an original fixture, which we tried to remove ourselves, but opted to call a plumber instead. They sent out a young person, maybe a junior plumber with less experience to handle this. As it turned out, he seemed to have difficulty removing it also and told my wife and I that we would have to remove it ourselves first, then call him back and he would make an appointment to install the new faucet. ... read more
