RecommendedFound Frank’s noodle house on the Diners Drive-in’s and Dives site. Did not disappoint, great noodles.

Someone recommended us to go there when we got to Portland and we were NOT disappointed. Delicious.
My sister was visiting from CA and really wanted to try Frank’s Noodle House. We visited the Portland location and we were not disappointed!! Frank himself seated us, served us and even agreed to a pic with my Sister. The noodles were delicious, as was the rice and spicy squid. We had two toddlers with us and they also enjoyed the food. Thank you for a memorable experience. We will be coming back.
i had the cashew chicken and it was amazing very flavorful and u can surely tell a difference in noodles made from scratch. would highly recommend this place
Franks is Absolutely the best place to eat in Portland.
You should be ashamed of yourselves with the way you screwed our table over this evening. $200 we spent there today. Frank, you should PUT AWAY THE VIDEO GAMES WHEN THERE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS STANDING IN FRONT OF YOU! You horrible, rude man. He refused to separate our bill for the three parties. So, we ended up paying $60 for a bowl of soup, a plate of rice and two spring rolls. The food itself was ok, but the owner's attitude is disgusting.
