RecommendedI have going to Franks since I was little I love this store and they have excellent customer service and there jewelry is good I have bought over the years
By not lying to the customer having them wait extra weeks then sizing them for a ring they already sized for then when and if it ever came in telling them they have to resize it.
This place is my yearly Christmas Eve one-stop shipping mecca for all the girls on my family. They never fail to disappoint. I think it's the girls favorite Christmas present every year!

Worst service I have ever received from a jewelry store. Diamonds falling out of ring after only one year and could get no help from them when trying to get information about the diamond ring when trying to get it insured. They are nice until after the sell is made
