For starters, no mask when dealing with customers during a pandemic. Not a one time problem. It’s occurred every time I’ve been there. So, I had an install performed at this shop. Their install caused my battery to repeatedly drain. I came in and asked for assistance on 3 separate occasions because anytime I went anywhere, I had to jumpstart the car. I went to see Frank after purchasing a Groupon for a remote starter. I drove up from Danbury to Waterbury for this service and was extremely happy with that decision. Frank was very thorough in the process of installing the remote starter and explaining all of the features. Frank was also very helpful in solving an electronic issue I had with my running lights on the vehicle. He went the extra step to make sure that everything was diagnosed and addressed correctly.
