We offer a wide array of Continental/American gourmet entrees with a Mediterranean flair. We also offer lighter fare, comfort foods, sandwiches and salads on both our lunch and dinner menu. The menu is a compilation of all my favorite dishes I have prepared in my career. Some of which have been around since gourmet foods were introduced to this country and others are creations of my own. I can assure you that there is something for anyone's taste.

We came here last night for our 5th wedding anniversary. The food was excellent. My wife enjoyed the beramundi special and my rib eye was cooked just as asked. My clam chowder was also very good. I want to mention that the staff is very friendly and helpful. Since we are not from Connecticut we had our 2 year old daughter with us for our anniversary dinner and the staff was very understanding. We loved it here! Had found it on Yelp and decided to give it a try on a recent day trip to Mystic. The food was delicious. We split the bruschetta (easily the best I have ever had) and the risotto cakes! My husband swooned over the Shepard's Pie and I loved my Portobello Mushroom Sandwich, so both the meat-eater and the vegetarian were thrilled. Our server was Stephanie! What a wonderful surprise to experience such delicious food and great service amidst the hotels chains in Mystic. The swordfish with tropical fruit salsa was cooked perfectly and the accompanying seasonal vegetables and rice pilaf were prepared with just the right amount of seasoning and care. The pumpkin creme' brûlée was a fine end to this lovely meal. I will definitely be returning to Frank's Gourmet Grill!
Five star. Every time... Every single thing I have tried has surpassed my expectations.. And I am a picky b* tch. :)
