They are polite, talented, fair, honest and quick.. ummm what else would you want in an automotive repair shop... let me put it to you this way-- I wouldnt take my car anywhere else--
I have purchased 2 used vehicles from Frank's in San Clemente. I cannot begin to say enough good things about how well they support their customers. My dealings have been mainly with Randy, Gary and Phil and all 3 carry the same commitment to excellence and common courtesy in dealing with their customers. Above all, they have proven themselves to be honest and forthright in their estimates, service and repairs...a rare commodity in today's world. I can't say enough about how highly I recommend their services -

Frank's has been providing excellent service and care for my older Mercedes for the past eight years. Gary, the service manager, is friendly, experienced and thorough. When I bring my car to Frank's, I know that any problem it has will be remedied.
I RECENTLY HAD MY 2005 BENTLY, YES BENTLY IN FOR A VACUME LEAK PROBLEM. GARY, THE MASTER MECHANIC AT FRANKS, EXPLAINED IN DETAIL THE ISSUES THAT FACED ME REGARDING THIS PROBLEM. HE SHOWED ME VIDEOS OF THE PROBLEM, I WAS ABLE TO STOP BY AND ASK QUESTIONS. WITH GARY HE SHOWED ME THE ISSUES ON MY VEHICLE ALLOWED ME TO CALL AND GET UPDATES . THIS WAS A MAJOR RESTORATION OF THE OLD SYSTEM. GARY ACTUALLY MADE IMPROVEMENTS ON THE SYSTEM SO NOT TO HAVE PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. Frank's did a great job for us. I thought they were fair and honest and pleasant to work with. I will definitely be bringing my car back here vs. going to the dealership from now on.
Great as always. I have my 3 MBZ serviced there. All service and repair work has been outstanding. Excellent value for the price.
Franks has always provided friendly service at a reasonable price. They are able to get you in and out very quickly (assuming no major maintenance) and their pricing is far more reasonable than any dealership.
