RecommendedGreat service , customer service is good
Friendly on the phone, took me a while to get there, and when I did- even friendlier in person. They were able to get me in on an emergency at the very last second and were Great about it. Children’s play area is a life saver, since I’m just passing through and can’t leave my car. Decided to put all new tires on just because. They had tires in stock when no one else did, as well as a couple hard to find parts for my car. Definitely recommend. Great place.

They have inexperience worker who do not have a clue to what they're doing. It took them 2 1/2 hours to balance and rotate my tires. Then they broke two of my center caps. Never again,and I wouldn't recommend anybody to take there vehicle there.

BUYER BEWARE OF ACCIDENT AFTER LEAVING FRANK'S DISCOUNT TIRE I purchased new tires and they forgot to put the LUG NUTS on, I repeat DID NOT PUT LUGNUTS ON and I got into an accident after leaving. They are now saying that they're not responsible for damages. I'll be getting a lawyer and I'll update my post if I ever get a resolution. I would not go to any of their locations in SOUTH CAROLINA FRANK'S DISCOUNT TIRE has made a turn for the ABSOLUTE WORST. I will update with some pictures of the accident soon.
Had an awesome experience! We woke up easter morning and I had a nail in my tire. The man of the house was out of town with work so for me the world had ended pretty much. I went with my two kids without an appointment and they were super friendly and I got a call an hour later that it was ready to pick up! I came in the next day because it was close to closing time and they put the tire back on for me and it only cost $21 for the repair and to put it back on.
