I got "burned" by the barber Dillon at Frank's on Monday, Jan. 23, 2017. On Jan 19, 2017 I made an on-line appointment for Dillon, I showed up on Jan. 23 for my 2pm appointment and he was not there. The receptionist called him and, according to her, he said he was not coming in. He know of my appointment since Jan. 19 and yet 4 days latter did not cancel with me or tell the shop he wasn't coming in, I've read of other complaints of this problem at Frank's so i thought it would have been taken care of my now.
