Best steak and great neighborhood fine dining – I have already been to Franks several times and I am going back some more! The menu is diverse and interesting; the decor welcoming and the location perfect. loved the black drum in lime beurre blanc, the steaks are terrific and the vegetable souffle is unique and flavorful.
