Frank and his wife, Marina, were wonderful to work with. Marina handles the office work (scheduling/billing/answering questions) and Frank handles the carpet cleaning. Marina was able to answer my questions and give me a ball park figure on the cost, over the phone. Frank was able to come out to our house and give us an estimate the same day. We are thrilled with the service from start to finish! Frank spent all day at our house, stretching and cleaning our carpets. He’s so personable and knowledgeable about all things carpet. His wife Marina gave me all kinds of info over the phone and was so sweet. We will absolutely continue to work with Frank & his wife in the future.
