Poor job for $3 expected more from an establishment of this reputable name
Poor detailing. Didn't even make a half attempt to vacuum. REALLY poor customer service experience with the Manager upon voicing my complaints. Refused to make it right. Would definitely NOT recommend. Extremely disappointed after having spent $35 AND tipped really well. �
Really bad customer service. If you try to speak to someone about a complaint they are extremely rude.
My front fender is damaged...actually ripped about 6 inches. I called immediately and got a very condescending and accusatory response. I was told that there MUST have been something already damaged, because there is NO way it happened while in the car wash.
Yesterday while taking my new truck through the wash, I heard 3 loud bangs on my side. Once I got through noticed 3 large 'dings' in the driver's side door. Filled out paperwork and was told owner would call me tomorrow (today). Went and got estimate. $768 !!! b/c the door has to be painted to complete repairs. Manager met me and told me they were not going to accept responsibility. When I asked if anyone intended on calling me to tell me, he replied, "No". Place sucks as do their employees. They totally shut down everything when it started drizzling and I hadn't had chance to vacuum car. They told me to come back when they were open to do the vacuuming. I returned and was told it would cost me $4.00. They lied and cheated me. SAY AWAY !!!!!
Wash was not working properly. No soap was coming out of the wash. The manager Craig was lied about not having to repair it after I watched him in the back and finally admitted he was trying to repair it. Told me since I was a member of the club I could go back through. I told him it count's against my 12 washes. His response was do you really think you are going to use all of them? Really?
