Great Exterior, Awful Dusting – I took my car here for the first time and was told their hand wax was $5 off that day, so I had a hand wax. They charged me $5 MORE than the $34.50 listed AND after I drove off I saw dust sitting on my middle console as though they hadn't touched it. The wax job looked great, but I could have gotten the same quality at Bischoff for cheaper.
Not impressed – I should have listened to the other people who wrote reviews. I am not impressed with Franks Car Wash. Everything looked half-done, from my rims to my windows. A word of advice to the guy who was cleaning windows today- two swipes across my windshield does not get the whole thing clean. And to the person who was supposed to vaccum- get another job. Thanks but No Thanks – Dear Sirs I was going to contact your business to purchase sevaral gift certificate. However, upon reading the review that one of your employees wrote I will not be doing this. If you have employees that are that angry wtih customers, why would I want to bring you more? I feel bad that the one customer had a bad experience with you. However, I would had overlooked that. Worst Detail on the planet!!! – I had them detail a truck that wasn't that dirty. $150.00 later the detail turned out to be a exterior wash, interior vaccum and a wet towel over the dash. Worst detail I have EVER seen. What they did do was done poorly. Never again

The best car wash in south carolina – Listen here ms. Alecia, or whatever your name is. IF you have somethig to say, take it up w/ corporate, they will rip you a new one. The hutchins dont care about you! Do you know what we go through at the car wash?? Why dont you get your lazy butt out there for an average 400 car - 12 hour day shift. Then come back and talk. 03/03/06 The most awful experience – I paid $150.00 expecting to have the exterior cleaned, my carpets and seats shampooed and my windows clean. Basically a detail job. My car is white. The car looked the same as it did when I came in. Mind you I left it there for two hours on a not that busy day and when I came back I had to wait an additional hour and a half. The rugs were soaked! Mixed results – I've brought my car here a few times and had mixed results. The first time I was satisfied--the service was quick and thorough and I felt I got my money's worth. The next couple times, the wash seemed pretty rushed and there were some spots that were overlooked, especially on the interior. I'm not sure that I'd bother with this place again.
