The family pet decided to poop all in the car during a family road trip which caused our youngest son, already prone to motion sickness to vomit at the smell of animal feces. Trust me the smell was horrid. Either way i'm disappointed because the guys here refused to clean both of the puppy diarrhea and child vomit out of the carpet and seats. Cleaning vomit by hand? – My daughter had gotten sick and vomited profusely all inside our family's mini van (im guessing it was the McDonalds). Either way, after finding out their shampoo machine was broken they told me they couldn't clean the vomit by hand. I just don't understand this. Something about a health hazard to their employees, something which I could care less about. Looks like i'll try another car wash and won't tell them its vomit, hopefully they'll just clean it.

Wonderful Service – My daughter had spilled a Smoothie inside her car, all over her console and onto the carpet. She had let it sit like that, in the heat and sun, and it was HARD and totally baked in. I took her car to be washed inside and out, but didn't expect they would do anything about the caked-on smoothie mess. Make up your own mind! – I have been to this location- I normally like the one on Forest Drive, but these guys are okay too. Please keep in mind that this is a public board, and you really can't tell if the person typing the comment is a "real" employee, or just a hateful person! I have been here twice, and didn't have the horrible experiences the others talked about. Everyone that worked on my car was friendly, and it was a good job. What are these people saying? – Wow.... Such amounts of slander on this board has me weary. But do to the fact that the average person in this country is about as smart as a doorknob I think that I am going to give this place a try. The thing is, I am sure that I will be alright because I actually TIP..I always see these guys working out in the extreme heat and cold washing cars for people that I am sure on average do not tip that well. Why arent you impressed? Thanks but...thanks – All of these reviews have made me slightly stupider over the course of reading them. Clearly none of these.... ... ..customers have any clue about the world around them and their existence in it. Thinking that you can change the course of business by whining on a public review forum is just...insane. Not impressed – I should have listened to the other people who wrote reviews. I am not impressed with Franks Car Wash. Everything looked half-done, from my rims to my windows. A word of advice to the guy who was cleaning windows today- two swipes across my windshield does not get the whole thing clean. And to the person who was supposed to vaccum- get another job. Thanks but No Thanks – Dear Sirs I was going to contact your business to purchase sevaral gift certificate. However, upon reading the review that one of your employees wrote I will not be doing this. If you have employees that are that angry wtih customers, why would I want to bring you more? I feel bad that the one customer had a bad experience with you. However, I would had overlooked that.
