RecommendedWe've taken my wife's Juke in two times. They were always quick to call us and give us time updates when one of the repairs was expected to take a long time. And when the vehicle wouldn't have the second issue for them I was allowed to take it to try and recreate the problem, with Frank himself giving me some items to look out for. charged me $96 dollars for a diagnostic when they didnt do any labor to check out something I already knew...the fuel pump was out. They l wanted to charge me $1035 for the repair and said my car wouldn't be done until monday went to advance auto parts bought part for $179 watched youtube video my roommate and I did it in 45 minutes...Dont take your car to Frank's for repair. One star I wont be back
