Great customer service (Tracy and Jessica are great!) and Frank and Tom are exceptional mechanics. We have three cars that we have serviced at Franks.
Distance doesn't mean a thing when you find quality service. I was recommended to visit Frank's after spending $3,000 in repairs - and he still couldn't get my check engine light off. In a short period of time, I visited Frank's more than I visited my own grandmother. But they truly go out of their way to please their customers. Finally, I have found an auto body & repair shop that is worth the money (and tears, because I am a Volkswagen owner... the issues never seem to subside). Thank you all!! Once again Frank's comes through. Have been a customer of Franks since we moved to the area. They are Great! Thomas fit us in and had our car ready the next day. I even was surprised when I saw MY car at the car wash! They have a courtesy car wash done even with the smallest of services. Shout out to Jess too - always a smile on her face and so sweet! I can't say enough nice things about these guys. They do excellent work, their prices are competitive, customer service is second to none. I always get a good explanation for the recommended repairs and I believe they have been nothing but honest from day one. My car has not treated me well, but they have.
I just had bodywork done at Northeast Collision, Inc. which was done through Frank's Auto Repair and Auto Body. The service that I received was outstanding! This was recommended to me from a Facebook social group and I am very happy that it was. I recommend them to anyone looking for body work to be done at a fast pace, with OUTSTANDING service.
