Just had my first experience at Franks and it was wonderful. They looked over my car and identified some other things they could work on for me. They showed me some of those things when I returned and why they had to be done. Tom was great. Very enjoyable experience. :)
Exceptional service in every respect - if you need auto repair, new tires, auto damage repair, new paint..... they dont only have you covered, they are simply the best.
The owners, Frank and Tracy are good people...friendly and true professionals. They have incredible people working for them. I received such warm greetings from A.J. and all their guys. It is truly magic what I saw in their shop, not only on my car, but the other cars I saw their crew working on. My grandfather was in the same profession and only until now do I truly appreciate his craft and the incredible transformations that come from such an invaluable talent and skill set I experienced in Frank's and Tracy's shop.

So friendly and honest, they take good care of you and treat you like family! Lots of little perks are a fun personal touch. They even clean your car inside and out even if it's just taken in for an oil change!
