A stool was covered with dried ketchup. Spent 10 minutes trying to clean it off my pants. But that's not the real problem with Frank's. The problem is the owner/manager; he's got an attitude. Twice he made a snide remark about using a debit card to pay for a meal. (They can take CC, they just don't like the transaction fee, apparently-- or probably having the money tracked). Food was great! Exactly what you want in greasy delicious diner food. Service was a little rough, even though I do give grace for busyness. An introduction goes a long way.
