A family favorite for years! Beautiful place, great food and friendly staff.
Had a wonderful time at Frank's tonight! The cornmeal and black pepper grouper was amazing! My better half had the duck two ways, which he loved. Make sure and save room for the 14 layer caramel cake....absolutely delicious!!! We will be back!
Everything was so amazing!!! I only gave a 4 because it was so HOT in the restaurant.
