I bought a used car there for around 3500 dollars and had NOTHING but problems with it! They only gave me 200 dollars for my trade which was a MUCH more reliable car! I felt like 200 dollars was a rip-off! The transmission was having problems like vibrating in reverse shortly after I bought it! I brought this to their attention shortly after and was told they would NOT stand by it! Not even a repair discount! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!
My family and I have bought many cars from frankman motor co over the years,so when I was in the market for a new car I returned to Frankmans and found out alot has changed with the company.The sales reps at the 12th st store told us it was a used car and that it will have problems when I told him a few things didn't work on the van we were looking at. Found a nice vehicle there at a decent price, very resistant to negotiating. We decided to purchase the vehicle with cash and they became very rude when we didn't want financing or their extended warranty. I had to forcefully tell the finance manager that we didn't want either financing or the warranty. He was rude and even threw his book on the desk when I finally got him to accept that we were paying cash for a vehicle. Won't buy there again.
Probably not, was suppose to hear back by email on specs of Jeep Cherokees they had on hand and never heard back by voicemail or email as requested. Was not in the area and wanted to know more about specifics as was coming down that way soon. Customer Service should be a priority no matter the price of the vehicle. Will look elsewhere.
This dealer is the worst I've ever dealt with. I had to return to the dealer five times to get various items corrected.Prior to buying a vehicle there, they 'fixed' a problem with the sunroof, but the problem re-occurred and they would not correct it. After it failed completely, I discovered that the part needed for the repair was NOT COVERED by the "bumper to bumper" warranty that I bought.
